THANKS TO ANGELA!

Arriving home late from work on Thursday night there it was waiting on my doorstep this large brown box. I had worked a twelve hour day that day trying to get ahead so I can take off when the baby comes and was too just too tired to open it, intriguing as it was. Last night I had to babysit the mama-to-be and it was another late night with just enough energy to drive home and crawl in bed. Finally this morning I got to open my treasure and what fun! This was a surprise box to end all surpise boxes full many treasures.

Inside was a lovely assortment of stationary, post-its, magnets and a notebook. I adore paper products almost as much as yarn and these are sensational. My photographic skills do not do them justice.

Bath and beauty products galore were also part of this treasure package. Lovely lotions, soaps, bath gel in a nice vanilla fragrance that will be wonderful to use. Angela also included some bathsalts and a great bar of "crazy quilt" natural soap that smells delicious. I love soaps and this one has an olive oil base so it will be as good as it smells.

The bag seemed to have no bottom as I uncovered some comfy slippers, which are on my feet now keeping them quite toasty and a pillow for my neck. She must have know or is it something that is inherent with all fiber workers that my neck is a chronic problem. No longer, I will be so resting in such comfort now.

This whole treasure trove was packed in a great bag that will be very useful--probably be put to work at the end of the month for the spinner's retreat. But there were still more goodies inside of it. A very fun knit bits calendar to keep me entertained all year long. After seeing to all of my needs she did not neglect my fiber fix and included a great hank of hand-dye yarn that is large enough to do a shawl--I can hardly wait to use it.

I am a very lucky woman to have been so thoroughly spoiled--thank you Angela.
