A TOUCH OF SPRING

This is from the lovely roving that my Secret Pal sent in one of her fabulous packages. The colors are lovely and the perfect antecdote to a cold and windy day (yes does get cold here in California every now and then). I am not sure what the fiber is, but it spins very easily and is going to make some lovely yarn.

Daughter and granddaughter are still bonded and will hopefully stay that way for the next week and a half, if not longer. Her husband is home and that should help a lot. Helps me and Dooley at least. She was very sweet and sent me a gift certificate for a Spa day. I went yesterday and had a great massage, hand treatment, facial and aromatherapy session. It was wonderful and really picked up my mood.
